Hey guys,
Whats going on ?
So today we are going to show you How to make a Bootable USB Drive.
Here we go!
So I want clear that I am not going to use MS-DOS, I will use a Small Tool called RUFUS.
I am saying small just because of its small size but even though its quite powerful to handle its work with ease and speed than any others.
You may check the speed comparison of RUFUS and other Software of same category Here.
LET'S GO TO THE PROCESS
1. Download RUFUS from Here.
2. After downloading just open RUFUS. Now fire up RUFUS and insert your USB drive.
No need to change any settings. Proceed to next step!
TIP: Don't change the name until you select the Image File, as after selecting the file, name will be change accordingly.
4. Now just rush to the folder where your image file exists and then select it.
Now, many users asked me that can they use other image file formats other than ISO?
So we would say yup!
We have tested NRG image file. You just have to select All Files from the selection option and then you can see NRG files (or any other) too in the window, now just select the file. NOTE:We have tested NRG image file format, we are not sure about other formats. If you get some other formats working then Comment Below.
5. Now click on the start button and let the processes be done.
(you can click on log to see every step of processes)
Congrats!your Bootable USB drive is ready now!
Just restart your system and start installing new OSes.
